How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, hit checkout, and confirm your phone number. Our team calls back within 12 minutes (10:00–22:00) to verify the address and arrange delivery.

Can I edit or cancel after placing an order?
Yes — until the courier picks it up. WhatsApp the order number and we'll update the line, or void it entirely. No fees.
I never got a confirmation. What now?
Check your spam folder first. If nothing's there, message us on WhatsApp with your phone number — we'll resend or place the order manually for you.
Can I order over the phone instead?
Always. Call +964 770 000 0000 between 10:00 and 22:00. Same prices as the website.
Is my order being processed?
Use the order number on the receipt SMS to track it. Or just reply to the WhatsApp thread — same humans, instant answer.
Do you do bulk / corporate orders?
Yes. Email b2b@galaxy.iq with quantities and timeline; we'll quote within one business day. Wholesale pricing kicks in at 5 units of the same SKU.
